About the role

Location: 1220 Ward Avenue, West Chester, PA, 19380

We are currently looking for a caring and energetic 2 Year-Old Teacher Assistant to join our team.   Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.

  Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.

What We’re Looking For

\n
• \n

  Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education required or High School diploma (equivalent GED) coupled with life experience equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Meets minimum preparation and experience required for certification as an Early Childhood Education Teacher. Complies with all state education and licensing standards, and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development).

  \n
\n
• \n

  Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher, in a licensed preschool or early development center.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Must be 18 years of age or older.

  \n
\n

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with two possible shifts:

  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  \n
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  \n
\n
