Job Opportunity: Principal Investigator – Dermatologist (Clinical Research)

📍 Location: St Louis, US

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist with prior clinical research experience to serve as a Principal Investigator across one or more U.S.-based research sites. This role is ideal for physicians in independent practice who are passionate about advancing dermatological science through high-quality clinical trials.

About the Role

As Principal Investigator, you will lead the execution, planning, and management of clinical trials in dermatology. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and the highest standards of participant care and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and protocol oversight for clinical trials
• Assess medical and scientific feasibility of new studies
• Ensure participant safety and ethical conduct of studies
• Review medical histories, perform physical assessments, and conduct study-specific procedures
• Oversee administration of investigational products
• Report serious adverse events and ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and support site audits and monitoring visits

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with active U.S. medical license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Dermatology
• Prior experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator in clinical research
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulatory requirements
