We are seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing printers, copiers, and related office equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and network printers, copiers, and multifunction devices

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and technical issues with equipment

• Perform routine maintenance, part replacements, and cleaning

• Provide technical support and training to staff on proper printer use

• Maintain service logs, repair records, and parts inventory

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Printer Technician or similar role

• Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and networking

• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems quickly and effectively

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel to client sites is required).

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
