Project Manager – Engineering & Energy Projects

Location: Manhattan, NY
Salary: Up to $170,000 + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Lead and mentor an internal team of engineering professionals
• Collaborate daily with senior client stakeholders
• Track scope, schedule, and budget while providing regular project reporting
• Ensure high-quality delivery of reports, design documents, and other key deliverables

What You Need:

• Proven project management experience in engineering, energy, or related fields
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams
• Expertise in tracking project scope, schedule, and budget
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS/BAS, or NY/NJ energy incentive programs (preferred)
