We seek a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our Guadalajara recruitment team. You will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier technology professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on recruiting expertise, and a deep understanding of the US tech market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Recruiters and Sourcers based in Guadalajara.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top IT and tech talent for US client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with US account managers and delivery leads to understanding job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and team productivity.
  • Coach and mentor recruitment staff to meet and exceed goals.
  • Implement best practices and tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability in the US tech industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and data reporting in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Support recruitment for key roles as needed (full-cycle recruitment).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success recruiting for US-based technology roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, DevOps, cloud architects).
  • Familiarity with US work culture, hiring practices, and employment standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, JobDiva).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • A collaborative and proactive leadership style with a passion for people development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a nearshore/offshore recruitment model.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency.
  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or RPO setting.
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and international hiring practices is a plus.
