Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN whose leadership style reflects the Turnbridge core values and who will be accountable for coordinating client centered care. This RN role will be positioned in the Adolescent Extended Care Program where the clients are in the age range of 15 to 17 years old. The RN for our Adolescent Program will be responsible for performing duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to: nursing care plans, medication administration, and nursing assessments to teens and young adults. Additionally, collaboration with the medical and clinical staff is imperative to provide quality treatment and care in a group home setting.

The schedule for this specific role will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. There will be some on-call responsibilities, this will be discussed in the interview process.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex information.
• Experience working in the field of mental health, addiction treatment preferred.
• Ability to work with people of various ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
• Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations.
• Sound technical, organizational, and priority setting nursing skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Current and valid CT RN licensure.
