A leading professional search firm is seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)to lead surveying operations for a well-established firm based in Dallas, TX. This senior-level role requires a licensed and experienced surveyor to manage field and office teams, oversee boundary and construction surveys, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant surveying products. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while fostering client relationships and supporting business growth.
Active RPLS licenses in Texas, Colorado and Arkansas.
8+ years of land surveying experience
Expertise in boundary law, ALTA/NSPS surveys, platting & construction layouts
Strong leadership & client-facing skills (you inspire trust and confidence)
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D & Trimble Business Center
