Starting at US$7/hour (could be higher depending on experience)

10 Days PTO after 3 months + U.S. Holidays

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, file, and manage legal documents related to U.S. probate matters
• Communicate with clients, courts, and team members in both English and Spanish, always with empathy and clarity
• Track deadlines, maintain organized case files, and ensure all case details are accurate and up to date
• Provide exceptional support to attorneys in all aspects of probate administration
• Use Office 365 to manage documents, calendars, and communications efficiently
• Contribute to a collaborative remote team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and oral) — required
• Paralegal experience in U.S. probate law — required
• Proficiency with Office 365
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and client service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
