TITLE: Restaurant General Manager, QSR / Fast Food

SALARY: $70,000 – $80,000 base + Performance-Based Bonus

SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QSR Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume quick-service restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational execution, and team development. The ideal candidate is business-savvy, people-focused, and passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience while driving profitability and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, train, and mentor team members at all levels

• Build and sustain a positive, accountable, and high-performing work culture with effective training plans

• Deliver regular coaching and performance evaluations

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food prep, and cleanliness

• Maintain compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company standards

• Ensure accurate inventory management, food cost control, and vendor relationships

• Manage budgets and monitor operational expenses to achieve P&L goals

• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset

• Ensure brand standards are upheld in all areas of service and product delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Manager in a quick-service, fast food, or fast casual restaurant environment

• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and KPI tracking

• Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, and food ordering systems

• Strong working knowledge of local health and food safety regulations

• Able to motivate, delegate, and lead by example under pressure

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• High School Diploma or GED required
