Job Opportunity: Routing Dispatcher

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Routing Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily routing and coordination of our fleet, ensuring that all customer requests are met with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Coordinate driver assignments based on customer requests, service areas, and availability.
• Monitor fleet activity and vehicle locations in real time.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to relay routes, changes, and instructions.
• Maintain detailed records of trips, vehicle usage, and driver performance.
• Quickly resolve issues or incidents that arise during service.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, routing, or a related logistics role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent situations.
• Familiarity with routing or dispatch software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
