What You'll Do:

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent using multiple platforms and strategies
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct outreach to generate leads and fill your client pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and placement targets
• Manage candidate and client interactions through our ATS and CRM
• Represent Denali Staffing Group at networking events and career fairs

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Recruiting, or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting sales or performance goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools

• $45,000 annually DOE, plus commission (opportunity to make good money)
