The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting for sales positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting top sales talent.

Requirements

* Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent

* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

* Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Conduct background checks and reference checks

* Extend offers of employment and negotiate salaries

* Onboard new hires

**Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting

* Proven track record of success in recruiting top sales talent

* Strong knowledge of sales recruiting best practices

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
