As a Sales Recruiter , you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process focused exclusively on sales roles — from sourcing and engaging candidates to interviewing, selecting, and hiring top talent. You'll work closely with sales leadership to create strategic hiring plans that align with team objectives and drive performance. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires consistent outreach and proactive pipeline building to ensure a steady flow of qualified sales professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Collaborate with sales leadership to understand team goals, talent needs, and ideal candidate profiles for sales roles. Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for sales positions, including sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting comprehensive screening interviews, coordinating interview processes, and guiding hiring decisions. Actively source passive sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, referrals, and other innovative strategies. Develop a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Engage social media networks (LinkedIn, FB, job boards) to market positions and enhance the company’s online presence.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Strong relationship-building skills to effectively partner with sales leaders and candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the sales industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Negotiation skills for navigating offer discussions with candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Interest in sales and recruiting , with a desire to learn recruitment best practices. Eagerness to learn from experienced recruiters and develop a career in talent acquisition. Self-motivated and goal-driven , with a proactive approach to challenges. Prior experience in an agency recruiting environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
