ROLE: PM/Scrum Master Location: Lisle, IL or Columbia, MD (4 days onsite, 1 remote day) Duration: 12+ months

MUST HAVES:

Experience with Marketing projects and collaboration with Marketing teams. Strong Scrum Master skills with a valid Scrum Master Certification. Experience in multisystem and integrated environments, preferably with Salesforce, understanding the impact of large systems. Must Haves from Manager: Predictive Waterfall Program Management experience. Proven ability as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager. Experience with multi-system integration, particularly with Salesforce. Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO). Job Description: Position Overview: Seeking a skilled PM/Scrum Master to manage both predictive waterfall projects and agile teams. The candidate should have a strong background in program management, agile methodologies, and multi-system integration, working effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead Scrum sessions and manage Azure DevOps workflows. Oversee predictive waterfall program management to ensure timely, within-budget project delivery. Utilize tools like Microsoft Project or Planner for project tracking. Engage with business stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals. Document project progress and prepare status reports. Manage multi-system integrations, especially with Salesforce and Banner. Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
