Open Roles - 2 Flex Customer Service Representatives - Must be available 2 evenings and 1 weekend day per week.

- 1 Sales Administrator (Customer Service-Focused) - Standard business hours .
Customer Service Representatives (Flex & Overnight) What You'll Do: - Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in a high-volume environment.
- Assist with orders, returns, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience while meeting daily performance goals.
Requirements: - Must complete 3-4 weeks of in-person training and remain onsite full-time for the first 6 months .
- Must have schedule flexibility , including 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day per week.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience required; high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred.
Customer Care Specialist What You'll Do: - Deliver a premium, "white glove" customer service experience across phone and digital channels.
