What will I be doing?

\n
• Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders, such as mowing greens, tees, fairways and roughs, general maintenance and cleaning.
\n
• Maintain various equipment in good working order and record keeping for all the equipment. 
\n
• Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.
\n
• Able to operate gas and diesel equipment.
\n
• Cleaning and general light maintenance duties daily as assigned.
\n
• Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests.
\n
• Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests.
\n
• Other special projects as assigned by leader.
\n

What are we looking for:

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

\n
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
\n
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
\n
• Minimum of 1 years’ related experience.
\n
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
\n
