We’re looking for a Senior Human Resource Generalist who’s just as passionate about people as we are. If you're a natural leader with solid HR chops, a love for hospitality, and a desire to make a real impact—we want to meet you!
🍣 What You’ll Do:
🍔 Be a trusted partner to leadership and restaurant managers across all our concepts
🥗 Lead HR operations including hiring, employee relations, training, and performance management
🍕 Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture across all locations
🌮 Coach and support managers with day-to-day HR needs and strategic planning
🍜 Help us stay compliant with employment laws and internal policies (you’ve got this!)
🍩 Manage HR systems, maintain accurate records, and track key metrics
🍤 Play a key role in new restaurant openings and team onboarding
🍱 Travel occasionally to visit our amazing restaurant teams (about 10–15%)
🍣 What We’re Looking For:
🍔 5+ years of HR experience, including time in a leadership or multi-unit role
🍜 Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a must – you understand the pace and the people
🥗 A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
🍕 Confident, resourceful, and approachable—you know how to balance strategy with empathy
🍩 Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
🌮 Great communicator who builds trust and brings positive energy to every room
🍤 Comfortable with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
