Overview Join to apply for the Senior Technical Recruiter role at Kiddom . Kiddom is a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes student equity and growth by uniting high-quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. Kiddom builds technology enabling teachers and learners to unlock their full potential and is building a collaborative learning platform for educators to integrate content, curriculum, and analytics in one place. This role is within the Talent team and reports to the VP of Talent. This role requires in-person office work in our San Francisco HQ. Responsibilities Own multiple search processes, from establishing position requirements up to building and managing a pipeline of active and passive talent Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold outreach, complex internet searches and Boolean strings Interact with candidates on social platforms and craft recruiting emails Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals Act as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding hiring needs and search requirements Partner with internal stakeholders to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications; present relevant leads to the hiring manager Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Measure conversion rates for passive candidates to applicants, interviews, offers and hires Qualifications Proven work experience as a Talent / Technical Recruiter or similar role (8+ yrs) in scaling growth companies Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor, and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and Boolean search skills Tech savviness with understanding of technical terminology and the technology industry Familiarity with HR databases, ATSs and CMSs Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline under tight timelines Flexibility to support multiple functions / business units Independent and self-motivated, able to perform without constant supervision Non-technical sourcing experience is a bonus Willing to handle scheduling and initial outreach Completed BS/BA What Kiddom offers The opportunity to make a measurable impact in K-12 education Competitive salary and equity Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability and life Flexible vacation policy An inclusive, positive team culture A passionate, collaborative team focused on building transformative education technology Salary range: $80,000 - $180,000 a year (dependent on location, experience, seniority, and interview performance) Benefits Full-time permanent employees are eligible for the following benefits from their first day of employment: Meaningful equity Health insurance: medical/dental/vision, disability and life insurance One Medical membership (in participating locations) Flexible vacation time policy (subject to internal approval).
