Responsibilities Infrastructure evolution and upkeep (code review, new infrastructure, upgrades, migration of services, etc.) Advise other teams to help achieve goals securely, providing tooling and infrastructure to meet their needs Collaborate with IT team members on tools, automation, and issue resolution Participate in on-call rotation to support infrastructure and tooling Basic Success Criteria 3+ years experience with Terraform and Puppet supporting AWS deployments Professional scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) 3+ years managing observability platforms like Grafana and Prometheus Experience with device management using MDM 3+ years experience with GitOps in GitHub environments (GHA, GHES, etc.) Experience working with security teams on infrastructure and tooling Preferred Success Criteria Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and Google Cloud Knowledge of Google Workspace, Assured workloads, and related services Experience with TLS and mTLS protocols Software packaging experience Understanding of network security protocols (e.g., 802.1x with certs) Familiarity with EFI network boot protocols Ability to diagnose issues with engineering collaboration Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSH certificates) Knowledge of Zero Trust Network concepts is a plus This role is based in Mountain View, California, with up to 10% travel required. The salary range is $145,000 to $190,000, complemented by stock options, medical benefits, 401k, and a casual work environment.
