Sodexo is seeking a skilled and passionate  Sous Chef to support culinary operations at  Sharp Memorial Hospital in  San Diego, CA . What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
• Support menu planning and execution, incorporating patient dietary needs and preferences.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Sodexo standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and food service teams to enhance the overall dining experience.

• Proven experience in culinary operations, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
