Job Description
We’re seeking a savvy, versatile marketing professional with extensive sponsorship and partnership experience to support the development and execution of revenue-generating advertiser activations tied to geotargeted media. This contract role is ideal for a polished, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies across digital, linear, and experiential platforms.
- 3 month contract
- Onsite NYC - M-TH, remote FRI
- Rate range: $60-65/hr
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Ideation & Development
- Participate in brainstorms with cross-functional teams to develop strategic, cross-platform brand solutions.
- Support RFP responses and proactive marketing proposals from concept to presentation.
- Client-Facing Materials
- Create compelling presentation decks and one-sheets tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Media, Content, etc.) to secure approvals and finalize materials.
- Pitching & Presenting
- Confidently communicate marketing concepts in both internal and client-facing meetings.
- Ensure all proposals align with client goals and platform capabilities.
- Campaign Execution & Stewardship
- Support the execution of sold campaigns: manage timelines, gather assets, track budgets, route creative approvals, coordinate legal agreements, and oversee final deliverables.
- Document and report key campaign details for internal tracking and post-campaign recaps. Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branded content, sponsorships, promotions, or business development in media, sports, digital, or entertainment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns from concept through activation
- Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working with high-level executives and external partners
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in sponsorship activation across digital and linear platforms
- Background in co-marketing with entertainment, sports, or community partners
- Experience overseeing or participating in production shoots
- Skilled in translating marketing ideas into both written and verbal presentations
- Positive, self-starting attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working non-standard hours as needed to support key meetings or events
Education:- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Other Requirements:- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
- Business-casual attire required
- Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner—training provided on internal tools
- Comfortable engaging with strong personalities across various departments
