Base pay range $49.00/hr - $70.00/hr Title: Sr Business Consultant Location: Midwestern Region (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range: $49.00-$70.00/Hrs Description Work on projects of moderate to high complexity, aligning technology solutions with business strategies. Serve as a liaison across multiple business functions to provide technical solutions. Independently solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions. Gather and document business requirements, participate in testing, and issue mitigation. Interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, delivering consistent results. Create and conduct presentations to inform and influence stakeholders. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. Elicit, document, and refine business requirements for the IT organization. Leverage informed knowledge of business areas to identify and resolve problems. Assist in developing business cases and related financial literacy to support cases. Use best practices to improve products or services. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct work of other staff. Manage multiple workstreams effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Finance. 3 years experience in a Provider Networking or Health Care Management analyst role. Experience with provider and medical claims data. Experience in project management and proficiency with generic office software. AHIP Certification and knowledge of Health Care Legislation. Managerial experience is essential. Preferred experience with generic healthcare systems and understanding of clinical data.
