Electrical engineers at Sierra Nevada Corporation research, design, develop, test, certify, deploy and improve cutting edge products and services. These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. You'll conceptualize and design new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle from analog and digital electronic circuit card assemblies to fully integrated systems.

Serve as a Liaison Engineer across all IPT's within the SAOC program. Primarily responsible for problem solving and facilitating action between Ops, MX & Engineering. You will support the Aircraft Liaison Managers, SEIT & SAOC program leadership. You will be a responsible team member fielding the weapon system - 747-800, ground support equipment, trainer & systems integration lab.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
  •Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  •Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Able to effectively and clearly communicate complex regulatory requirements and solutions
• ITAR, EAR, FTR
• Experience analyzing and interpreting federal rules and regulations
• Must have an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proficient knowledge of ITAR & EAR concepts
• Thorough understanding of customs processes and compliance
• Advanced knowledge of OCR EASE, DTRADE/DECCS, SNAP-R, Customs ACE
• Experience conducting export control classifications and jurisdiction reviews
• Experience with commercial driven aircraft
• Active Top Secret clearance.
