Supervisor – Event Drapery Company (Part-Time, $25/hr,) Location: TURLOCK (Travel to event sites required) Job Type: Part-Time (24 hrs/week) – Potential for Full-Time Compensation: $25/hour + Performance-Based Raises
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, have exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy leading hands-on operations? Our event drapery company is hiring a versatile and dependable Supervisor to oversee production and delivery operations.
You’ll help bring beautiful events to life—managing workflow, coordinating logistics, and guiding team members while also contributing directly to day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate deliveries : Drive company vehicles, vans, trucks, and trailers to set up at event locations throughout California.
Oversee operations : Supervise shipping/receiving, inventory, fabric cutting, order fulfillment, and workspace maintenance.
Generate and follow up on quotes : Use a specialized computer program to create quotes and communicate with clients.
Support team tasks : Jump in to assist with event prep and production, maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead with organization : Keep project timelines tight, team communication clear, and client satisfaction top of mind.
Qualifications:
Computer savvy : Familiar with quoting tools, spreadsheets, and basic business software.
Strong organizational & leadership abilities : Efficient multitasker who leads by example.
Valid driver’s license and confidence driving large vehicles and trailers.
Experience with textiles, event setup, warehouse logistics , or similar fields preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
