**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in L+G Command Center L+G Network Gateway L+G GAP Collectors and L+G AMI Consultation. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Test Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our projects contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the testing efforts for projects involving L+G Command Center and related technologies ensuring high-quality outcomes.
+ Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for L+G Network Gateway.
+ Provide expert consultation on L+G AMI systems to optimize testing processes and outcomes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of L+G GAP Collectors.
+ Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance and reliability.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Utilities domain.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all testing activities and processes.
+ Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
+ Implement automated testing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
+ Monitor and report on testing progress identifying potential risks and issues.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
+ Ensure that all testing activities align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess extensive experience with L+G Command Center L+G Network Gateway and L+G GAP Collectors.
+ Demonstrate strong expertise in L+G AMI Consultation and its application in the Utilities sector.
+ Have a deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Show proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans and cases.
+ Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level or equivalent certification in software testing.

+ The annual salary for this position is between $111K - $150K + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
