**Now Hiring: Test Technician - Day & Swing Shifts** **Location:** San Jose, CA **Pay:** $23-$26/hour (DOE) **Shifts Available:** Day & Swing **Type:** Full-time | Contract-to-Hire Potential **About the Role:** We are currently seeking skilled **Test Technicians** to join our client's fast-paced manufacturing team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the quality and functionality of high-tech products before they ship out the door. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform basic debug and troubleshooting tasks on the Manufacturing Test Floor (MTF) + Run Basic Acceptance Tests (BAT) to validate product performance + Pack and prepare L11 racks, ensuring all units are tested, assembled, and shipment-ready **What We're Looking For:** + Prior experience in a test technician or related role within electronics or manufacturing + Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately + Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware or test-related issues + High attention to detail and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment **Apply Today!** Please submit your resume to be considered.
