Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to maintain high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities: • Manage project intake processes, ensuring all tasks are accurately documented and aligned with client expectations. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. • Coordinate the routing of work for review and approval, ensuring quality standards are upheld throughout the process. • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency. • Analyze client materials and documents to address and resolve any issues prior to production. • Establish priorities for work assignments and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. • Monitor ongoing projects to maintain consistency with production commitments and cost-effectiveness. • Create and maintain accurate records of all client materials, files, and project details. • Organize departmental shipments and maintain precise documentation of all work in progress. • Respond promptly to client queries and provide solutions to production-related challenges.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or equivalent environment. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Proficient in problem-solving and analyzing variables to implement effective solutions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and listen proactively. • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Demonstrated expertise in project management tools such as Workfront and PeopleSoft. • Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.
