\n\nJob Details:
\n• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process
\n• Complete assessments and individualize plans of care within established guidelines
\n• Provide nursing care with consideration for cultural, psychosocial factors, and patient age
\n• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the patient population
\n• Demonstrate sound bio-psychosocial knowledge base and professional judgment
\n• Delegate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
\n• Document nursing process and care accurately and legibly using correct medical terminology
\n• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning
\n• Make timely, appropriate referrals and collaborate with other disciplines
\n• Attend mandatory in-services and meet unit education standards
\n• Zero to six months of related nursing experience required
\n• Must have effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
\n• Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently with attention to detail
\n• Epic experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: Valid Oklahoma or multi-state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
\n• Must have skills in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS for Healthcare Providers, ICU Nursing, and Titrations
\n• Preferred skills include Neurology and NIHSS experience
