\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Must be comfortable working ALL PCU and Medical-Surgical units as a float nurse
\n• Float assignments re-evaluated every 4 hours, may float 2-3 times per shift
\n• May be required to float to CRCH Inpatient Rehab
\n• Weekend requirement: Either every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in 6-week scheduling block
\n• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
\n• PCU patient ratio: 5:1 | MS patient ratio: 6:1 (may flex up to 7:1)
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• EPIC charting system experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Must be experienced in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration
\n• Skilled in central line care, trach management, and non-invasive airway support
\n• Proficient in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and cardiac drip titration
\n• Background in telemetry and stepdown-level care required
\n• Capable of managing PCA and heparin protocols
\n• Must be comfortable with pre/post cardiac cath care
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Pending license accepted for single-state license holders from non-compact states
