Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid WCC certification and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care. This position requires adherence to various health and professional guidelines to ensure compliance and safety within the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to patients while adhering to the standards of practice.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure all relevant patient information is securely handled.
• Participate in teamwork and collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health history requirements and undertake necessary health screenings including COVID-19 vaccination, PPD or IGRA, and other immunizations as outlined.
• Complete professional documentation and training including the Integrity and Audit Services Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, and other necessary onboarding forms.

Qualifications:

• Current WCC certification is required.
• Valid professional licenses and certifications, including Verification of License/Certificate, are mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.

Onboarding Requirements:
The following documents are necessary for the onboarding process:

• Trinity Job Description acknowledgment.
• Physical/Health Statement.
• Documentation of vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella.
• Trinity Skills Checklist.
• Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
