YogaSix is searching for a Part-Time Grassroots Marketing Associate to join the team at our Campbell studio. Working in partnership with the General Manager and other professional staff, the Marketing Associate will be the face of our studio in the community — building awareness, generating leads, and driving interest in our intro offers and memberships. This is the perfect opportunity for a health and wellness-driven individual who enjoys talking to people, has strong local knowledge of Santa Clara County, and wants to be a part of a growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the studio at local events, farmer’s markets, street fairs, pop-ups, and wellness expos.
• Partner with nearby businesses, schools, gyms, apartment communities, and coffee shops to share flyers, guest passes, and promotions.
• Visit targeted areas for door-to-door flyering and lead generation.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site promotional events (with support from the studio team).
• Collect and report leads consistently from each outreach effort.
• Track weekly metrics (leads generated, conversations held, offers redeemed).
• Support social media content (e.g., taking behind-the-scenes photos/videos at events).

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and yoga (you don’t need to be a yogi!).
• Familiar with Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Campbell, and surrounding areas.
• Available for a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for events and setup.
• Reliable transportation.
• Marketing, sales, promotions, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in social media or content creation.
• Currently pursuing or holding a marketing or communications degree.
• Previous yoga studio or fitness industry experience.
