We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Accounting Department of our commercial real estate firm. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of accounting processes, assist with invoice tracking, data entry, document preparation, and help maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, scanning, and document organization
Assist with data entry of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Track and reconcile expense reports and vendor accounts
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle internal communications
Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company policies
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
