Bilingual Recruiter / Administrative Support \n\n
Location: Schaumburg, IL (with support in Romeoville as needed)
\n Pay Rate: $21/hour (flexible based on experience)
\n Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter / Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will support high-volume staffing accounts by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have some staffing experience, be highly tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n\nSource, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume accounts.
\n\t\n\tAssist with onboarding, I-9 verification, and employee documentation.
\n\t\n\tProvide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and file management.
\n\t\n\tCommunicate with candidates in both English and [second language] to support bilingual workforce needs.
\n\t\n\tPartner with account teams to ensure smooth scheduling, attendance tracking, and client communication.
\n\t\n\tSupport day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed.
\n\t\nBilingual (English + Spanish).
\n\t\n\tPrevious staffing or recruiting experience preferred.
\n\t\n\tStrong computer skills — must be tech savvy and comfortable with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and online tools.
\n\t\n\tExcellent organizational and communication skills.
\n\t\n\tAbility to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
\n\t\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
