Develop BMS hardware/software for lithium-ion battery packs
Implement SOC, SOH, thermal, and safety control algorithms
Validate system performance through lab and field testing
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards (ISO 26262, UN38.3)
