Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Bronx, NY 10461

Duration: 09/22/2025 - 02/14/2025, 5 Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension

Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Mon-Fri

Schedule Notes:

• Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook 1 yr. of Call Center and payroll Timekeeping experience in call center environment required Experience in a Hospital setting.

Duties:

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
• Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills:

• 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).

Education:

• High School Diploma /GED.
