This role is ideal for professionals experienced in maintaining legacy systems and ensuring high application performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain COBOL programs on the AS/400 system. System Analysis: Review business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debug issues to ensure system integrity. System Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate and optimize applications. Production Support: Diagnose and resolve issues in live systems efficiently. Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and user manuals. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience with COBOL on IBM AS/400 (iSeries). Strong knowledge of DB2, SQL, and JCL. Familiarity with AS/400 system architecture and RPC programming. Skilled in debugging, maintaining, and improving legacy code.
