We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerks/Specialists to join our growing virtual team. Youll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various systems while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. This role is ideal for candidates who can work independently, stay focused, and deliver high-quality results.Responsibilities:Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databasesVerify and cross-check data for accuracy and completenessRetrieve, sort, and organize documents for data entryMaintain confidentiality and data integrity at all timesPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationAssist with generating basic reports as requiredCommunicate with team members or supervisors regarding errors or inconsistenciesMeet daily or weekly data entry quotas and project deadlinesQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)Proven data entry experience or similar clerical role is a plusFast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM recommended)Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Familiarity with data management software or CRM platforms is a plusExcellent attention to detail and time managementStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWork Environment Requirements:Reliable internet connectionPersonal computer or laptopQuiet and distraction-free home workspaceAbility to attend virtual training sessions (if applicable)
