Mainly remote, but must be within range of the Malvern, PA office.

The Digital Campaign Specialist will support and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns within an internal digital agency environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, timely, and impactful campaigns across email, search, digital/social advertising, and web experiences to enhance the customer journey and drive brand preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement integrated digital campaigns across web, email, search, and social platforms.
• Coordinate with business, marketing, and channel teams to align campaign goals and execution.
• Manage campaign content, landing pages, email flows, and digital ads, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Oversee campaign testing (A/B), performance tracking, and lead management.
• Share campaign roll-out packages and collaborate with global teams on localization and feedback.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, digital tools, and campaign workflows.
• Proficient in tools like Eloqua, Percolate, CMS, Adobe Analytics (preferred) .
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Self-starter, detail-focused, and adaptable to evolving digital trends.
