We are partnering with a respected fabrication company in Van Nuys that is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential administrative support.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in an executive support or administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
