Superintendent – Federal/DOD Construction
Location: Augusta, ME
About the Company:
This firm is a leader in federal, commercial, and industrial construction projects, delivering high-quality and safe solutions across multiple sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the Augusta, Maine area.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of construction experience , including at least 2 years as a Superintendent on commercial projects ranging from $50K to $15M in size and complexity. Experience in horizontal construction —including civil/land development, erosion, and sediment control —is a plus. Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety regulations and experience in hazard identification and safety compliance are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
7+ years of construction experience (federal, commercial, and industrial).
5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects $50K–$15M in size, VA hospital experience is a plus .
Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and federal safety regulations.
