This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Perform. We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer (React) in United States, Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to craft responsive, high-performance single-page web applications that directly impact end-user experiences. As a Frontend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Scaled Agile environment to deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions. You will leverage your expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and complex state management to build components that are performant and reliable. This position provides the chance to influence architecture decisions, mentor peers, and contribute to improving best practices and development standards. You will work remotely while being part of a dynamic, collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end components using React.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to build responsive web applications.
• Manage complex state across large single-page applications using Redux or similar state management frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews, debug and resolve performance issues, and maintain code quality.
• Refactor and optimize existing code, implement unit tests, and adopt best practices to improve maintainability.

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Redux (or equivalent) for managing complex application state.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale single-page applications.
• Familiarity with Node.js for server-side development.
• Proven experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile team environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
