What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the daily operations of Food and Nutrition Services at USC Arcadia Hospital.
• Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction, food quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop a team of frontline staff and managers.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient health and dietary needs.
• Drive operational excellence through innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.

What You Bring

• A current CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) or RD (Registered Dietitian) credential.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare food service or a similar environment.
