Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Gifted Education Teacher for an onsite position serving secondary students. This is a full-time contract role for the 20252026 school year, working across both middle school and high school buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for gifted students.
Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction aligned with students strengths and abilities.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic and social-emotional growth.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Attend IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements:
Must hold or be eligible for Kansas teaching certification in Gifted Education.
Prior experience working with gifted students in a school setting is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Ability to travel between two assigned school buildings (middle school and high school).
Must pass background check and drug screening as required by the district.
