Job Description  

Create digital and print advertisements and brand material for properties and corporate HUNTER brand. Includes but not limited to:

• Assist in creating a brand identity through flyers, brochures, graphics, ect. 
• Contribute to modernizing our brands, bring new ideas as per latest trends in design/marketing 
• Create and manage branding libraries: illustrations, vectors, photography, etc.. 
• Design email campaigns, newsletters and ads for popular publications 
• Create graphics for social media marketing and content 
• Assist in updating and creating content for company website 
• Completes daily administration of projects and updates while communicating with the Marketing and Graphics team 
• Assist in Creating various requested branded marketing materials: Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandums (Print & Digital), HUNTER Conference materials 

Skills Required  

• Bachelor’s Degree (or pending) in Graphic Design or related field 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva)
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines 
• Strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities including a solid background in print, branding, typography & graphics. 
• Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects independently. 
• Highly communicative with analyst and brokers and is able to manage expectations on deadlines. 

Candidates who are being strongly considered will be given a design test in order to determine whether or not they are proficient in the software required for this position.
