Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Account Manager - Commercial Insurance

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Remote)

Work hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

Company Overview

A global commercial insurance broker is seeking an experienced Japanese Bilingual Account Manager for their Property and Casualty (P&C) department. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience and an active P&C license.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and claims.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
3. Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
4. Prepare and present insurance proposals in collaboration with the Customer Service Specialist.
5. Coordinate and participate in open enrollment meetings.
6. Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
8. Assist with prospect client meetings and presentations.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance.
• Japanese bilingual skills (speaking, reading, writing) required.
• Active P&C license required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related systems.
