Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Jr. Production Graphic Designer:
Collaborate with the Creative Services team to prepare final files for print and digital mediums
Ensure designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines
Manage the timely delivery of final design materials, including implementing file management systems
Use time management skills to manage multiple projects and deliver materials on time
Work with clients, art directors, and designers to provide feedback, make recommendations, and build supportive teams
Required Skills for Jr. Production Graphic Designer:
Proficiency in the Mac environment and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office
Experience with Canva and other design tools is a bonus
Strong skills in formatting, layout creation, error checking, and file optimization
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and style guides
Experience in creating and refining visual content, such as logos, brand packaging, posters, PowerPoints, digital and print advertisements, and marketing materials
