Lead Enrollment Specialist: The Lead Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for working with patients and family members to educate them on unique insurance options. The ideal candidate will be a confident and outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills. The Enrollment Specialist will work closely with hospital personnel and patients to collect necessary information, explaining program guidelines, review costs and coverage, and facilitate the enrollment process.
