About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and dive into the exciting world of marketing, content creation, and sales. This is a hands-on Internship-to-Hire role where you'll wear multiple hats, from brainstorming creative campaigns to filming videos and engaging with customers. Collaborate closely with leadership, and grow into a marketing powerhouse.
This is perfect for someone eager to learn—all skills will be taught on the job. Perform well, and this internship converts to a full-time hire! If you're passionate about at least one of these areas (Marketing, Film Production, or Sales), this is your chance to build real expertise across all of them!
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Core Focus)
· Assist in managing and reviewing all marketing initiatives to ensure they align with our brand.
· Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, video metrics, email reports, website traffic, and purchase insights.
· Optimize SEO strategies for better visibility and traffic.
· Design email campaigns with consistent brand language, manage SEO elements, and coordinate launch dates.
· Oversee campaign launch dates and timelines.
· Lead creative language-based activities, including:
o Brainstorming sessions
o Developing video concepts
o Crafting marketing strategies
o Producing concise, cohesive campaigns that embody our brand image
Film & Content Production
· Collaborate on filming short-form and long-form videos, as well as professional photos.
· Handle all aspects of production: lighting, scripting, scheduling, producing, and directing.
· Be comfortable behind or in front of the camera—flexibility is key!
