You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, assess their loan applications, and recommend the best mortgage solutions. Your expertise will help borrowers navigate the loan process from start to finish, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist borrowers in securing mortgage financing by evaluating loan applications and providing tailored advice on loan products.
Conduct underwriting assessments and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
Guide clients through every step of the loan origination process, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Provide expert insights into loan products, helping borrowers make informed decisions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Offer exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless loan experience.

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of underwriting processes and mortgage lending standards.
Proven experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
Skilled in assessing and analyzing loan applications.
Solid knowledge of loan products and financial concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in your work.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, remotely, and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio (or eligibility to obtain one).
