About the Role

Join our Supplier Enablement Operations team to support supplier onboarding and system optimization across Ariba and PeopleSoft platforms. This role is critical in ensuring efficient, compliant procurement and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier setup and maintenance for strategic initiatives (Early Pay Discount, Virtual Card)
• Resolve discrepancies between Ariba Buying & Invoicing and PeopleSoft systems
• Handle complex inquiries from internal teams and external suppliers
• Lead system testing (UAT), defect reporting, and enhancement documentation
• Drive supplier onboarding and collaborate across sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable
• Perform system clean-up tasks to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshoot issues in Ariba modules and PeopleSoft

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience with supplier enablement and procurement systems
• Familiarity with Ariba and PeopleSoft preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
